Run of Show or Workshop Descriptions

Classroom Logistics | 2:30pm-6:00pm

Classrooms - Each classroom will have whiteboards, a projector, screen and computer. Workshop assignment(s) and classroom location will be available on April 6th via the link above.

Supply list - CITS will supply each classroom with whiteboard markers, erasers and spray as well as pens, post it notes and a stack of printer paper. 

    • NOTE: Classroom supplies requested on the volunteers form will be confirmed via email, prior to the event and will be in your classroom upon arrival.

    • If additional supplies are needed for students, please let Kim know ASAP

Technology list - Each classroom will have whiteboards, a projector, screen and computer.  There are also dongles and hdmi cords to hook up your own device. There is the option of connecting to the classroom computer as well. 

    • NDMU will have an AV Tech setting up classroom between 9am-10:30am and they will be available all day to troubleshoot issues.

    • Computer log-in and password will be available during set up

    • If additional technology is required (ie laptops for students) please let Kim know ASAP

Expectation of presenters at the event

  • Volunteers, Presenters, and Facilitators are an important part of this event! Please bring a positive attitude and be engaging with the participants. They are most interested in who YOU ARE and your experiences in your career.

  • Please be on time and prepared. If you are running late or need supplies or materials please communicate with the Code in the Schools team as soon as possible.
