Money Matters Mondays
Attendance is strongly encouraged.
Financial education training on the following topics: Money mindset & budgeting, banking and getting paid, credit, consumer protection, financial future.
Worksite Wednesdays
YAC will visit various worksites to interview youth workers about their summer experience, future plans, career goals, etc
Bright Future Fridays
YAC will interview adult panelist in various careers to learn more about their career, their path to their career, and tips and advice they have for youth looking to pursue that career.

Getting Paid
Paydays:
Period 1: July 7, 2025 - July 18, 2025
August 1, 2025 (10 days)
Period 2: July 19, 2025 - August 1, 2025
August 15, 2025 (10 days)
Period 3: August 2, 2025 - August 8, 2025
August 29, 2025 (5 days)

CodeWorkers get paid $15 per hour for up to 25 hours per week: Monday - Thursday (9:00 am - 4:00 pm). Working during the unpaid 45-minute lunch period is not permitted.
Making up hours for missed work is addressed on a case-by-case basis. If you know you are going to miss work, let your advisory supervisor know as soon as possible.
