Game Jam is back! In this free one day event, aspiring video game developers in middle and high school come together in teams to create a game in less than 12 hours based on a theme revealed the day of the event. The 2017 game jam attracted 70 youth from around the city, and provided them t-shirts, three meals, and prizes at the end of the event.

Participants will use Unity Game Engine tools package to design and code video games based on a theme announced the morning of the event. Teams have all day to work on their games and will be judged by a panel of tech professionals. This event is free and open to the public
